Shamcey Supsup is Back!!
Fresh from her victory at the 2011 Miss Universe pageant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2011 & Miss Universe 2011 3rd runner-up Shamcey Supsup returned to the Philippines via PAL flight PR103 last September 18.
